These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, an AI-powered interior design visualization platform operated by the Company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

● “Service” means the AI-based software tool that generates interior design visualizations based on user-uploaded images.
● “User”, “you” means any natural person accessing or using the Service.
● “Input Content” means images uploaded by the User.
● “Output Content” means AI-generated images produced by the Service.
● “Website” means the online interface through which the Service is made available.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1. The Service provides automated, AI-generated visual representations of interior design concepts based on Input Content supplied by the User.
2.2. The Service:
● is provided for personal, non-commercial use only;
● does not constitute architectural, engineering, interior design, or professional advisory services;
● produces outputs that are illustrative and inspirational in nature.
2.3. The Company does not guarantee that the Output Content:
● is accurate;
● is technically feasible;
● complies with building, safety, or regulatory requirements.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 16 years of age.
3.2. By using the Service, you confirm that:
● you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements; and
● you are using the Service for personal purposes only.
4. User Obligations
4.1. You agree to use the Service:
● in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
● in accordance with these Terms and any related policies.
4.2. You represent and warrant that:
● you own or have lawful rights to upload the Input Content;
● the Input Content does not infringe third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights;
● the Input Content does not contain personal data of identifiable third parties.
4.3. You must not:
● upload images depicting identifiable individuals;
● upload content relating to properties you do not have lawful access to;
● attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the Service;
● use the Service for commercial, resale, or monetization purposes.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Input Content
You retain all rights to the Input Content you upload.
By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process the Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2. Output Content
5.2.1. The Output Content is generated automatically by artificial intelligence.
5.2.2. Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Output Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2.3. You must not:
● use the Output Content for commercial projects;
● sell, license, or distribute the Output Content;
● use the Output Content in marketing, advertising, or professional services.
5.3. Service IP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, Website, software, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
6. AI Disclaimer
6.1. The Service relies on automated AI systems and does not involve human review by default.
6.2. The Company does not guarantee:
● originality of the Output Content;
● absence of similarities with other AI-generated images;
● suitability of the Output Content for any specific purpose.
6.3. The Output Content must not be relied upon for:
● construction or renovation works;
● safety-critical decisions;
● compliance with building codes or regulations.
7. Availability and Changes
7.1. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to:
● modify or discontinue the Service;
● update functionality;
● impose reasonable technical limits.
8. Suspension and Termination
8.1. The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
● these Terms are violated;
● unlawful or abusive use is detected;
● required by law or regulatory authorities.
8.2. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
9.2. The Company shall not be liable for:
● indirect or consequential damages;
● loss of profits or business opportunities;
● reliance on Output Content.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Estonian law.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
12. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will apply from the date of publication on the Website.
